CSAWWA/CWEA 2020 Career Fair

The CSAWWA/CWEA 2020 Career Fair was recently held on February 21, at the Kimpton Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland.  Along with three exhibitors, a total of 28 companies/utilities were on hand to interview 46 students. In the morning, students worked with volunteers to select interview time slots with the companies/utilities of their choice, with priority selection given to CSAWWA/CWEA members.
For the luncheon, students and professionals were seated together throughout the dining room, to help promote conversation and networking.  After a fun icebreaker game, and a few words from committee representatives, a panel of three industry professionals spoke.  The panel consisted of Burt Curry, PE - JMT - Water Engineering Practice Leader, Kevin Koladycz - RJN Group - Talent Acquisition Executive, and Angeli Virata - Greeley & Hansen - Recruiting Director.

During lunch there was a Q&A session with the panel.  Happy Hour, along with door prizes, wrapped up a fun networking event.
